Reblog: Catholic Church Makes a Fortune in the German Porn Business
Perhaps if we give them the sole distribution of condoms and other contraceptives, and sex education literature, the RH Bill will gain their approval faster than you can say "fuck." - Rence

Pacham Pizza
There is only one rule I follow when making a pizza. That is "There are no rules when making a pizza." Perhaps that is the reason why we see pizza in different forms, sizes, shapes, and flavors in the market now.
This recipe is just to show you how I made THIS pizza, and for you to see how easy it is to make it at home. You may use this as a guideline to make your own pizza, with your own toppings.
Ingredients:
1 piece pizza crust (small)
2 tsp tomato sauce
6 slices cheese
onion rings
2 pcs medium tomatoes
1 pc small eggplant
How I made up my pizza:
1. I evenly spread the tomato sauce on top of the pizza crust. I used Del Monte Tomato Sauce with MMK (malunggay, monggo, kalabasa).
This recipe is just to show you how I made THIS pizza, and for you to see how easy it is to make it at home. You may use this as a guideline to make your own pizza, with your own toppings.

1 pc small eggplant
How I made up my pizza:
1. I evenly spread the tomato sauce on top of the pizza crust. I used Del Monte Tomato Sauce with MMK (malunggay, monggo, kalabasa).
2. I arranged the sliced cheeze on the crust.
3. Onion rings and tomatoes came next, and lastly,
4. The eggplants.
5. I placed them in the oven toaster for about 10 to 15 minutes. I first heated the top for the first 10 minutes to cook the eggplant. Then with the time left, I used dual heating (top and bottom - my oven toaster has single and dual functions. I can heat only the top or the bottom or use them both.)
Now, eating this 2-inch thick pizza is another story.
Tips (refer to the first picture of this post):
1. I placed the unused tomato sauce in a jar and placed it in the refrigerator for future use.
2. If you love cheese, buy a cheese cutter for convenience in cutting the cheese. Cheese doesn't stick to the cheese cutter like it does on a knife.
3. I keep the unused crust in the freezer. A pack of crust contains four pieces. You can buy them at the supermarket.
4. I did not grate the cheese. As I've said, there are no rules in making a pizza.
5. You may use any toppings you can think of to make your pizza.
6. I used a simple oven toaster to make this pizza, that's why I sliced the crust into 2.
7. There is no picture of the finished product because I ruined it. Hahaha. But more or less, the picture looks much like the last one here.
Till next pacham.

Single Living
I have been living alone for quite some time now. It's not easy, pero I can cope with it. I can say that my living alone is a self-fulfilled prophecy, because it is what I wanted when I was young. I can say that when I made that decision, it was the only option during that time. I wish someone can write this for me. Next time na lang ulit.

Pasta Con Sardines Brunch
This pasta recipe is good for one person.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti (See tips below to see how to measure pasta good for one serving)
Sardines (1/2 of 155g-can)
Cooking oil to saute (about 1 tbsp)
Garlic (quantity according to preference)
Ground black pepper to taste
Onions for garnishing
Procedure:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then set aside after draining.
(for a simpler dish, you may skip steps 2 to 4)
2. Saute garlic in cooking oil.
3. Pour sardines into pan.
4. Simmer.
5. Pour sardines on top of cooked pasta.
6. Put onion rings on top for garnishing.
7. Toasts are optional.
1. I prefer to use Del Monte Spaghetti because, as it says in the packaging, it stays firm even if you cook it longer than you should.
3. The holes in the pasta ladle are used to measure the quantity of spaghetti. The smaller hole is used for spaghetti for one serving. The bigger hole for two. You can increase or decrease the quantity of pasta after measuring according to your consumption.
4. To store the unused portion of fruits or vegetables, put them inside plastic bags and seal them. This unused portion of onion can last up to 2 or 3 weeks inside the refrigerator, compared to one that is not sealed, 2 to 3 days.
Note: This is my first try at blogging what I cook, so comments and suggestion are welcome. I cook for one, since I am living alone. I find cooking a meal for one harder than cooking a meal for a family. I will blog about it in another post. In the meantime, why don't you try this recipe? If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comment section.

How Less Is More
I can identify with the first part of this video. I have travelled with boxes that are filled with stuff that I have already forgotten about. It's time to edit ruthlessly.
Disturbing Videos
Kasi, I willfully did it. Pinanood ko. I am writing this not for my sake but for the sake of others. Awareness? So, pag aware ka, ano na? Call to action? I want to know, ano ang positive na maidudulot ng ganitong video. Please, enlighten me. - Rence

It Pays to Take Typing 101
I took my first lessons in typing in high school. May kanya-kanya kaming dalang portable typewriters noon for typing class. I enjoyed my typing class, lalo na sa college. We had to type in time with our prof's beat. She used a huge stick to hit the blackboard with three successive beats, paused, and repeated the beats. We had to type without looking at the keyboard.
There are lessons in typing na naging habit ko na. Like typing one space after a comma, and typing two spaces after a period. Things change.
If you want to invest some time in learning touch typing, you can go to Free Typing Game . Tiyaga lang.

What I've Viewed Lately
Kahit ayaw ko magpa-apekto, apektado talaga ako in a negative way. I regret having watched those videos and having read those articles. Better kill your curiosity. Kesa curiosity to kill the cat. Bakit, pusa ka ba? - Rence
On Marcos' Burial
Scenario:
Ferdinand Marcos finally being given a state burial at the Libingan ng mga Bayani, with full military honors.
Marcos family to Filipinos: Suck this!
Are we ready to receive it?
This statement sums it all up:
"No admitting, no apologies, no making amends, no returning of loot = no burial. Ano tayo, gago?" - Jim Paredes, comment on It’s Final: No State Burial for Marcos-- Our Kababayans’ Comments
